Our primary focus is to make sure our customers are 100% happy with our products and our service. We want to make sure you receive the order you asked for and if for any reason you are unhappy with your order we will do our best to see what we can do for you. Placing an order through TGI Found It! website
You must be at least 18 years old to place any orders with TGI Found It!. By using and purchasing on this website you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old.
By purchasing any goods on this website you comply with our Terms and Conditions. We have the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or edit and remove website content, or cancel orders at our discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your order by emailing you a receipt of payment and an email confirming shipment of goods you have ordered. In the event where we are unable to process your order we will inform you via email or telephone.

Returns, Exchanges and Credit Notes
If you would like to return, exchange or receive credit note, we can process that for you under the following conditions.

We cannot accept any returns, exchanges or credit notes on:
– Products which have been used
–¬†Products damaged by the recipient
–¬†Products with damaged packaging
– Products returned after 14 days
– ‘Personalised product’ items

Products on our website listed as ‘personalised product’ are exempt from returns, refunds and exchanges. As they are personalised and made especially for you, we cannot restock or resell the item. Please take note of this when choosing from our ‘personalised product’ items.
Items that are ‘non-personalised product’, are acceptable for return for refund, exchange or credit note under the following conditions;
– ‘Non-personalised’ items are returnable for full refund only within 7 days of receiving the order.
– ‘Non-personalised’ items returned after the 7 days are offered either exchange or credit note. No refunds.
– ‘Non-personalised’ items returned after 14 days are not acceptable for a refund, exchange or credit note.

(Please keep a copy of your postage receipt for proof of date and postage cost)

Postage can only be refunded if we have sent the wrong products out and will not be refunded in any other circumstance. In the unlikely event that a product arrives with you faulty or damaged please send a good quality photograph of this to orders@tgifoundit.com.au and a Customer Service representative will discuss an appropriate solution for you. We do not accept responsibility for any breakages that occur during transit, but we would take this claim up with the delivery company responsible. Please be ensured that every product goes through a strict quality control and we would not be sending them to our customers with knowledge that the product is faulty or damaged. We want to make sure you are as happy with the products as we are.

If a product is returned to us please note it will not be accepted if the product is used and no longer in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return of any product that does not comply with our terms and conditions. We suggest that when returning any goods to us that you insure it and make sure it can be tracked as TGI Found It! will not be held responsible for the returns being lost or damaged in the post.

Unavailable or Limited Stock
In the unlikely event that a popular item you have ordered becomes out of stock, we will inform you immediately of your options. In most cases we can re-order the product which would take c. 2 weeks delivery or if it can no longer be ordered, we would notify you and apply a full refund to that order or you can take a credit note.

Sale or Last Chance items
Products that are ‘On Sale’ or ‘Last Chance’ are non returnable or refundable. TGI Found It! reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not oblige to our Terms and Conditions. However, if you feel there is a probable reason for return, please email us privately to orders@tgifoundit.com.au and we will advise you to your options.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the Web Site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability
TGI Found It! will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. These include but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, TGI Found It!’s liability is only limited to an amount equal to the purchase price of the relevant good(s).

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, TGI Found It! does not accept any liability for:

– Any injury or damage of any nature caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from TGI Found It!.
– Any mistakes, errors or inaccuracies on the TGI Found It! website
– any viruses, bugs, trojan horses or other harmful code or communications which may be transmitted to or through the TGI Found It!’s website by any third party.

Prices and GST
Unless otherwise specified, all prices quoted and sales transactions are in Australian Dollars. GST (Goods and Services Tax) is included in sales to Australian customers. GST will be added upon checkout.
