• When will my order be dispatched?
    All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of you placing your order. If you have ordered a ‘personalised’ product, we will inform you when it is dispatched.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping with Australia Post generally takes 2-4 business days to metropolitan areas and up to 3-7 business days in non metropolitan areas. Shipping times to Western Australia may take 3-6 business days. Express shipping is a next day service. All orders placed before 7am are dispatched the same day, otherwise they will be dispatched the next business day, please make note of this before ordering.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    We charge one flat rate shipping cost no matter the number of items, per transaction just depending on weight and size of product. Prices for standard post and express post differ, please see checkout for pricing.
  • Which Carrier/Courier service do you use?
    Australia Post
  • What shipping method do you use?
    We send via Parcel Post + Tracking. No signature at delivery is required, however, you can track the parcel while it is in transit to you.
  • Do you delivery anywhere in Australia?
    Yes. Unless Australia Post cannot get there.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    No overseas shipment.
  • How do I track my order?
    You will be sent an email notifying you of your order being dispatched as well as updated information on its tracking.
  • Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
    Yes, of course. If you do not live at the billing address or know that you will not be there during time of delivery, then we suggest using an alternative shipping address. If you would rather use a work address as a shipping address that is fine, however make sure you have provided enough information on the shipping address so it can get delivered to you.   • I only want one item out of my order to be shipped as a ‘gift to someone’. Is this extra shipping?
    Yes, as we will not be combining it with your personal order. If you are planning on sending an item as a gift, this will need to be purchased separately from your personal order, so you can select ‘gift wrapping’.
