Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I place an order?
It’s easy. Simply select the products you would like and at the end go to your shopping cart and click ‘checkout’. Fill out the shipping and billing information required and make payment.
- What happens when I’ve ordered?
You will receive an email from TGI Found It! confirming your order placed and successful payment. This will contain your order number.
- I don’t have a PayPal account, can I use a credit card?
That’s not a problem… PayPal allows you to pay using your credit card without having a PayPal account, makes sure to click the link saying pay without PayPal.
- How many items can I purchase per order?
There is no limit to how many items you can purchase per order.
- Is there one shipment per order?
If you have ordered more than one item, they will generally be shipped together.
- Which Carrier/Courier service do you use?
We ship with Australia Post (Parcel Post + Tracking)
- How long will shipping take?
Shipping with Australia Post generally takes 2-4 business days to metropolitan areas and up to 3-7 business days in non metropolitan areas. Shipping times to Western Australia may take 3-6 business days. Express shipping is a next day service. All orders placed before 7am are dispatched the same day, otherwise they will be dispatched the next business day, please make note of this before ordering.
- How do I track my order?
You will be sent an email notifying you of your order being dispatched as well as updated information on its tracking.
- I ordered the wrong thing, what do I do?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours to ensure you get your orders as quick as possible. Once your orders are sent, we cannot change it for you. However, if you email before your order is sent (ie; minutes after ordering), we might still be able to change it for you.
- The order I received is incorrect, what do I do?
Oh no! Sorry about that. We work hard on making sure you receive the order you expect, however, in the unlikely event that we sent you the incorrect thing, we are happy to cover your return shipping via regular post (excluding express courier service).
- I think my order is faulty, what do I do?
We at TGI Found It! are very strict with quality control and want you to be assured that we would not send anything below standard. However, in the unlikely event that your items have been damage during transit, please email us straight away at email@example.com and attach pictures of the fault if possible.
- If my order does not suit could I return it?
If you have received an order that does not suit, send it back within 7 days and we would be happy to offer you an exchange or credit note. Please select carefully as we do not offer full refunds on items where you have changed your mind. Simply fill out the returns form and send it back.
- Do you cover returns shipping costs?
No, we do not cover return costs.
- Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we do not.
